Through The Storm

Read Our Terms.

Through The Storm
updated

The cold winds blew upon the trees;
Harshly they turn from side to side.
The whipping rain came down with sound;
The lightning lit the darkened sky.

Our faith was tried, sometimes we cried;
We wondered if we'd make it through.
We held on tight, kept God in sight;
That's all we knew that we could do.

It's when we praised our God in faith;
We felt our Saviour’s loving hug.
It's when we called upon His name;
Our strength was found in His great love.

Oh, when the whistling swirling winds;
Came to a gentle, peaceful end.
We saw the sunlight shining through;
We felt safe and joyful again.

God is there with us in the storm.
God is with us in our sorrows.
God gives us faith through all our fears.
He gives us strength to face tomorrow.

As we keep our focus on Him.
As we place our burden on Him.
He renews right ambitions.
As we trust Him, as we love Him.

Even through the storm.
Even through the storm.

Lord, You See Each Heart

Lord, You See Each Heart

I praise the Lord, my God, today;
With heart, with joy, with song.
I know there’s sorrows all around;
In you, I can be strong.

The darkness has grown darker now;
With hate, with doubt, with pride.
You seem to be the only friend;
In which I will confide.

Oh, Lord, you see inside each heart;
Just fill mine with much faith.
I know I’m far from perfect, Lord.
I’m grateful for your grace.

I have no other place of strength;
No other place of peace.
In you I’ve put my faith and trust;
It’s you I want to please.

I know at times I’ve felt angry;
Abandoned and unloved.
But forgiveness is part of you;
You are a snow white dove.

I praise the Lord, my God, today;
With heart, with joy, with song.
For though this world
brings grief and tears;
Your presence makes me strong.

Psalms 84:5
 Blessed is the man whose strength
is in thee; in whose heart are the
ways of them.

 Psalms 112:7
 He shall not be afraid of evil tidings:
 his heart is fixed,
trusting in the LORD.

Psalms 40:3
And he hath put a new song
in my mouth, even praise
unto our God: many shall see it,
and fear, and shall trust in the LORD.

I Wanna Live My Life In Halleluyah Corner

I Wanna Live My Life On Hallelujah Corner

I wanna live my life on hallelujah corner;
I don't wanna live in the desert of despair.
i wanna live a life of joy through Christ my Saviour;
A life of faith, a life of hope, and of prayer.

There are many many reasons we could lose our joy;
And I have found myself there many times.
But we could choose to  grieve ourselves near unto death;
Or set our eyes upon God's purposed design.

This life is a very small part of eternity;
I know at times it will drag us through affliction.
But when our heart is set upon our heavenly hope;
Joy wins, when Jesus gets our love and attention.

For us to  look upon the serpents of circumstance;
Will poison our hearts with this world's discouragement.
We have a reason for joy and a reason to sing;
It's in His presence we find His encouragement.

Rejoice in the Lord, then watch discouragement find rest;
Don't waste your life away negative and depressed.
Don't let your heart be troubled continue in His hope.
Rejoice in the Lord, then watch your heart soon feel blest.

I wanna live my life on hallelujah corner;
I don't wanna live in the desert of despair.
i wanna live a life of joy through Christ my Saviour;
A life of faith, a life of hope, and of prayer.

I Love You, I Love You

I Love You, I Love You

Oh  my Lord, Oh my God;
You are so wonderful;
And worthy to be praised.

You are most glorious;
 In your bright holiness;
Oh Great Ancient of days.

I humbly bow my heart;
In subjection to you;
Because you are worthy.

My King,  I come before you;
In a deep felt heart song;
Of love filled poetry.

Thank-you, oh thank you Lord.
I’m  so undeserving;
Of your bless-ed  pardon.

For without your great love;
Salvation would not be.
All men would be undone.

I love you, I love you;
Praise you forevermore;
For your mercy to men.

I love you, I love you;
Help me to love you more.
Forgive me of my sin.
